Golf Day Information
Please take note of the following:
1. A Deposit of R2500.00 to be paid to confirm your day.
2. If no deposit was paid and the day is cancelled a cancellation fee of R2500.00 will be charged.
3. Prize giving must commence 20 min after last four ball in has completed its round.
4. Dinner must be served between 19h00- 20h00.
5. A 10% tip is to be added for the barman and waiters.
6. No food may be given to players on the course. Snacks i.e. Biltong and Chips maybe provided. No items to be sold on the course.
7. No Mulligans
8. All menus to be confirmed a week before the golf day. Numbers for the food can be confirmed 2-3 working days before. No numbers can bechanged on the same day.The amount that is booked for meals will be charged.
9. Wet holes, limited to the four short holes , will receive a table and a chair. Wet holes that purchase their alcohol from the club, can get a cooler box and ice from the club as well.

Time Sheets are available from Bloemfontein Golf Club. Please discuss times required with Maryke.
General Information
Competition: Starting field and calculation of scorecards will be done by club if required.
Advertising: All branding to be reported to Maryke before being stationed on course.No branding to be left over night. The Club take no responsibility for lost branding.
Watering Holes:
Beverages can be bought from our bar.
Nearest to the Pin: 4, 8, 11, and 16
Longest Drive: 1, 18
Caddies Fees: R120 +tip
Golf Carts: R150.00 per 18 Holes . Payable Directly at the ProShop.
It is preferred that mulligans are not used, if however you choose to do so please advertise accordingly.
Menu’s and Evening Functions
Menus: Please see attached.
Bar Facilities: Cash or on account. We will arrange waiters for the evening. We would appreciate it if a 10% tip. Can be added to the final bar account.
Prize giving Function:
Our lounge is available and can accommodate 140 people. The prizes must be worth R5000.00. Additional Décor can be hired on request. Added Décor will be billed extra. Additional fee of R200 will be added if you require assistance from the golf club staff for the prize giving.
Account: The final account can be settled the same day. We can also send an Invoice thatneeds to be settled within 7 days.
